Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Aspire Medical Aesthetics, every treatment and product is carefully selected to support your skin health and overall wellness. Because our services are medical in nature and tailored specifically to each client, we maintain the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations:

Service Refunds
All services, treatments, and packages are non-refundable.
If you are unable to complete a treatment series, we will gladly issue credit toward other services of equal value.

Product Refunds
For health and safety reasons, skincare products and prescriptions are final sale once opened or used.
Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for spa credit only.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments when proper notice is given.
